Atrocious service delivery from 8ta

On 20 March I signed a contract with 8ta at Gateway in Durban.By the 22 March I went back only to be told that it was approved but they did not keep phones there. On 24 March I I had still not received any feedback so went back for the 3rd time to Gateway. This time Sanele assisted and I received my phone and sim. On 28 March I realised that I was unable to call numbers from other service opperators. I called the call centre and was told by Babalwa that all my details including address were not on the system and that the Gateway staff had not captured my call limit. She was unable to assist in any way. I went for the 4th time to 8ta Gateway. Praneetha disagreed with the call agent and confirmed that all details including call limit was captured. She tried unsuccessfully to explain the problem citing sim and connection charges etc, which was incorrect. She then logged a case no. 4165336. I asked Praneetha if I could call to follow up and she said there was no contact number for them. Its so ironic that I cant phone a 8ta/tekom setup. Cant they use cellphones to at least receive calls instead of me going there. The communication and service quality in 8ta is truly atrocious. Pls help!
