I'm with 8ta for more than 2 years on a Contract 1. On this contact, I was able to make free calls to a nominated fixed line number. During March I discovered that my free calls are not so free anymore to my nominated number.
According to billing info; on the 2 of February at 9:28 the call was free, at 10:28 on the same day I was billed for the call and was billed for the rest of February and March
On the 18 March a Call Centre agent informed me that I do not have a nominated number.
I registered a query on the 19 March at the local 8ta shop; Ref 4156813; I did follow-up calls to the 8ta call centre on the 27March, 2, 4, 6 and 11 April. Each time with the promise they are busy working on the problem and that they will call me back within the following 2 days. On the last date the operator could not find the reference number on the system and register a new query Ref 5288785.
What is also surprising to me is, during February the R100 softlock limit was never activated and the calls to the nominated number reach R645, but during March it was activated at R100. In actual fact I requested to raise the softlock limit on several occasions.
