Poor service once again

Yesterday I collected my iPad mini from Nashua store in gateway. I obtained same on contract on the cell c network. Firstly the store did not hand to me a copy of my contract documents. Second I called to the call centre today and asked for a limit to be added to my data contract. And I enquired as to how to check my balance from my iPad. The agent told me that he will add a 50cent limit as it can't be a zero limit. I agreed and he confirmed that the limit has been added. He then explained to me how to check my balance. I got home and tried to check my balance and could not. I called the call centre again and the agent now advised me that apparently there has been a network problem for the past 3 days and he would not even be able to check my balance. I asked him to confirm the limit and he told me the limit was not changed. I asked him to please change it and whilst holding on for him, my call disconnected. I did not call back as my time and money is being wasted. I want someone to call me back immediately to assist me. And should my bill exceed my limit, I will be taking legal action against Nashua mobile for breach of contract.
