My account is and will never be a playing ground for anyone including Nashua. Access to my bank account is a privilege that is contractually based, which means rules and agreements are set and must be a default until such time the time frame to end the obligation comes. During this time communication is vital to correct if not highlight areas of concern which either party have. My obligation with Nashua is due to end November 2013 and I cant wait, especially when R507.02 was debited from my account, which is not suppose to happen. my obligation is to ensure that R174 is available for your debit order and nothing else. any amount other this is not permeated. I hope this complain is clear and precise. U r a company that provide telecommunication services, so please act like one and highlight if I have failed to meet my obligation dnt bully me because I know my right and I can bully you back if necessary. What you did is not acceptable and I wont tolerate it.
