Submitted a claim on the 18th of March on my geyser (water leaking from pressure valve & electrical fault on the power supply) - plumbers were on site the same day, confirmed that the pressure valve was covered by my insurer SA Homeloans but refused to replace the faulty pressure valve due to the electrical fault. Electrician only arrived on Wednesday, 19 March, disconnected the power supply. No further repairs have been done. Requested to speak with the Claims Manager on 19 March, as usual the manager was not available. Requested that he/she contact me, have to date not received a phone call from this individual. Feedback received from Sanele - Tuesday, 19 March, electrician will be arranged. Contacted me on Wednesday, 20 March to confirm if the electrician has been in contact with me. At the time of the call the electrician was on site. Sanele confirmed that she would contact me later that afternoon - no follow up call received. Contacted me on Friday morning 22 March. I requested that the problem be resolved by Monday - no further feedback received.
