False Advertising

On the 17th March I saw an advert in the Musica catalogue for a cell phone contract at R135 per month which included a Samsung Galaxy and an Xbox 360 bundle. I immediately went to the La Lucia branch to purchase this deal where they told me that they are out of stock, but there is stock available at Gateway. I then went to Gateway to make the purchase where they told me that there is no Vodacom consultant but they will contact me in the morning as I had left all my paperwork with them.By now my frustration had started. The following morning I only received a call at 11 am due to a post I made on Facebook. I was told by Noel that my application went through and they will wait for approval from Vodacom. Today is the 19th March and have made a number of calls to the Gateway store where Daniel the store manager has tried to assist. ABout an hour ago I received a call from Noel at Gateway telling me that the application didn't go through because the contract deal is actually R259 pm and not R135pm even though that is what is advertised. Daniel tells me that there is nothing he can do about it, however it has become my problem. Thanks for the illegal false advertising Musica.
