Lodged dispute 14/5 for R1298.43 Data Calls on my Data bundle on Note Ref 100085232
Agent noted all 6 of my cell lines were to be suspended by midnight 14/5 if I had not called and increased limit that day!! Thus MTN was suspending, with no warning, 5 Top-up contracts that could never exceed limits... ludicrous.

22/5 called again, agent Cindy, ref 100370770 noted: agent assigned to original dispute lodged remark 'Case solved, client owes the data amount'. BUT no data billing sent or no resolution to client.

My request for agent to resolve with me and sent the proof of Data Usage Overlooked - for this device AND the Wi-Fi Modum/device. Ten days later I still await the info for review and it is close to the billing and PAYMENT period!

Always use wi-fi when using data.

MTN - see the contracts reduce from 6 -, due to poor customer service! Kindly supply Complaint Procedure for relevant FAIS OMBUD.
