Just can't get it right

I made the huge mistake to ask for my bill to be sent electronically rather than postal. It is safer for the environment and costs the supplier far less than postal. It's win-win.

On the first bill I was all of a sudden registered on some "account.pro" and charged extra for it. I queried it and after several mails and about two weeks, I was told it was reversed. This month my account shows:

Pdf - E-Mail Itemised Billing R16.89.

I cannot understand why I am billed to get told how much I owe. It is beyond belief and I now have to repeat the lengthy process to get this reversed and my account reverted back to snail-mail, which, Autopage (in their infinite wisdom) seem to think is better and cheaper.

I was considering to call the call-center, but it takes so long to get through all the automated voice messages that it is simply not worth it; it is really depressing and simply not worth my day, my good mood or my health. The call center is by worse than any other company I deal with and that includes government and peristalses.

I guess it is all my fault for going with this provider... I don't think I will renew.
