In September I upgraded my mobile contract to a TopUp contract which costs R98/month and includes 100min talk time and a few other things. I took no additional subscriptions so the monthly bill would still be R98 but my first bill is R166.50. When I got the bill last month, I called the call center and they found an sms bundle which was linked to the contract which I didn't request. They logged a call for this to be reversed and credited on the account. Today my debit order has gone through and it is for R166.50 so clearly nothing happened. When I called the call center last week they confirmed that the amount was reversed and there would be no problem. I also enquired about a fixed line number service they have and the call center agent said she will ask someone to call me about it.

Today I received another bill which shows the monthly subscription for R152 and a fixed line call fee of R60. I do not know how they have my monthly subscription as R152 when I agreed to R98 and I do not have a clue why they activated the fixed line number service if I asked for someone to let me know about it. I am tired of calling the call center since there is so bad service. the WORST!!!
