Cell C Pathetic in keeping their promise

I signed a BB contract about 6 months ago, phone broke three times - each time, after 21 day cycles I was issued with a refurbished phone. the first one was broken 3 minutes after we left the shop, the other one a month after getting it, and now this one also broken. Stephan, the manager at this store, promised me that after the thord time, he would motivate for a new handset as their refurbished handsets seems to come back all the time. Every single time I was left without a phone, no temporary handset issued so for 73 days of the 6 months I have had no access to my service or phone. Now they are giving me the run around again, saying the phone is with the senior service technician. Is it normal to promise your customer one thing then do the other??? All I want is for them to own up to their promise and issue a new handset as I was promised... They easily take your money and then no service. and when you try calling them, no answer on excuses - all the time. I am tired of being pushed around and to. All I ask, is a little bit of service, surely that is not asking too much... or is it???
