Consistent handset issues (take 5, or 6 or 7!!!)

I am STILL having issues with my Blackberry 9360 Curve handset which I received on the contract upgrade due to me in January this year. I have booked the handset in several times before, only to be issued with another of the same handsets - only to experience much of the same headaches. I am frustrated by having to do the same thing every time: booking the handset in, being inconvenienced for several days without a phone which I rely on heavily for professional and personal use - the next time being the 5th time. Even I have lost count!

To add to this, I keep having to deal with normal workers who don't have the initiative to satisfy customers. They can only do things as per procedure. I am tired of this phone, I do not want another model like this, I am not going to pay in any difference for a better phone, and I want someone senior to handle this complaint from the very beginning. I am serious, or I will bring in the Consumer Protection Act.

I think it's ridiculous for someone to have to go through this for 8 months without being shown any kind of remorse. Prove to me that Vodacom cares! Or I will switch networks and advise others to do the same!
