Second refurbished handset broken in two weeks

I dont know what do anymore to get a phone that works from you guys, I have been without a working Blackberry for two months now and am on my second refurbished handset that is also broken and I have had it for two weeks. Im not going to give it in to repairs again because im just going to wait another 14 days for another broken handset. Once again I ask, what is the point of a Blackberry warranty if you just give out other peoples broken phones??!!

I have been paying for a phone from you guys and I havent had a working phone for two months now. Vodacom better give me a new or at least a phone in working order quickly or this matter is really going to get out of hand. I am livid and the service I have received it is disgusting. Cant wait to cancel this contract that I pay for because i dont even get a working phone out of it.
