Damaged phone in a space of 1 month!!!

I went into cell c on the 8 of oct this year because my handset (nokia lumia) decided not to switch on anymore, I had only got this phone late may, they had to book it in for repairs and I had to stay without a phone for 21 working days! Finally when my phone got back, I was given the impression that it is a new phone, within 2 days my phone was doing the same thing as the one before, I went back again and they told me they will book it in and I have to wait, I asked if I could change the handset for a different model but was told it is not possible, I will have to wait for the one to come back, the manager shaun promised to phone me and keep me updated, it has been more than a week and not a single word from him!!! Now cell c is debiting my acc for a handset I don't have! I am tired of going in and out of cell c and being told the same boring story! I don't want any manager calling me to apologise, I just want to either get a handset that works or cell c must stop debiting me for a handset and just take the money for their minutes!! Its draining really that to them I am just another number, how do I keep in contact with my family without a phone?? Please treat your customers right
