6 months, No Phone, No Solution

I upgraded my contract in December 2012. This handset has been problematic since January, we did the upgrade in December, we have not been able to use this handset since January. Each time we take it in we are being promised a New phone, and each time we are given a refurbished phone in worse condition than the one we handed in. I am wanting a new phone as promised or another phone if this model is problematic, failing which I would like to cancel this contract so I can get another phone from another service provider. Adriaan also mentioned that we would be reimbursed for the time we have not been able to use the phone. This is now a matter of urgency as I am paying for something I don't have, and I have not been given what I was promised.

The manager in the store hides in the back of the store when I go to enquire what is happening, no one gets back to you. There is not person you can phone I only get email addresses. 6 months and no still being given the run around.. Shocking!
