Vodacom altered my details without authorization

My names on the invoice were along along correct but suddenly someone at vodacom decided to log into the system and alter my details without my consent. Bills were sent to me with my names altered and I took the matter with vodacom since 2013 but to no avail. This affected me badly because I was not able to claim fro my phone usage because my details were incorrect on the bill as a result I had to pay for my usage from my own pocket until I could not afford anymore. I took the matter to the office of CEO after I could not get help from customer care centre. Since 2013 I have been making follow ups and calling over and over again for vodacom to rectify their mistake but I am still waiting even today. Vodacom has now resorted to bullying tactic by blocking my phone because I owe them all thanks to their incompetent and "criminal" staff that went into the system alter my details without my consent. I have requested vodacom that they must trace whoever altered my details to log into the system the same way they had without my consent and rectify their mess but I was given a runaround. I am o the opinion that vodacom must explain how my details were altered without my consent.
