Actual on the 9november 2013 I have received an sms from vodacom telling me that my contract is due for renewal I must go to srings vodacom, when I got the I showed them sms when they check into the system the renewal was done on the 6november with sumsong, then I told the guy that I have never done anyupgrade, how didi this happened he was impatient he said I must phone vodacom he don't know, when I phoned vodacom I spoke to thoko he said yes it was true that upragde was done on the intereneti was shocked about that, how can big cvompany like vodacom failed to verify my details with me because they have my phone because they have manage to send smson my phone number for me to get all the details now I must go an do affidavit, but they were quick to upgrade my phone withouth my knowlege, I am not happy at all when I appiied for contract I have went in person now upgrade was done withouth my knowlege I want to know who delivered that phone, how and where because they have my adress in their system
