Unprofessional Consultant refuses to assist

A month after I contacted Telkom with my request for assistance, I am still struggling to get any help whatsoever from them. Despite a previous complaint and my recommendation that LEBO MASEKO must be removed from his / her position and reassigned or retrained, and that LEBO MASEKO must not be allowed to deal with paying customers again until fit to do so, Telkom has done NOTHING to remedy either my problem or LEBO MASEKO's incompetence. Telkom apparently insists on refusing to assist me, and they insist on having LEBO MASEKO contact be sporadically, but I don't think LEBO MASEKO even knows what needs to be done. I hope that someone competent will eventually contact me to sort out my issue.By competent, this (in my opinion) excludes LEBO MASEKO, who must still be removed from his / her position as he / she is incompetent and unfit to deal with Telkom clients. I have emailed HOSEA MAGANO requesting assistance too, as Hosea contacted me after a previous Hello Peter complaint about the incompetence of LEBO MASEKO. I have not heard back from HOSEA either. It seems that when Telkom doesn't know what to do, they simply ignore all communications and requests from their customers.
