Consultant Refuses to give Assistance

I emailed the Telkom Interntet Abuse dept with a request for assistance. After days and days of ping-pong emails from and to LEBO MASEKO, the consultant refused to take note of the information I supplied, and eventually stopped replying to my emails. I have still received NO assistance from this dept regarding my request for assistance.

Firstly, the consultant would keep addressing the email to Sir / Madam, even though I repeatedly informed them that I was a SIR. Also, the consultant kept informing me that my account is closed, even though it is in fact open. My telephone still works, my internet works, Telkom keeps billing me for services, and I keep paying my bills. I then requested that this consultant escalate my request for assistance to a higher level, and to someone that is able to help me. I have heard NOTHING from Telkom since then.

It is my opinion that LEBO MASEKO is unfit to work in any form of customer relations position, and it is my suggestion that LEBO MASEKO must be removed from his / her position and reassigned or re-trained, and that LEBO MASEKO must NOT be allowed to deal with paying Telkom customers again until he / she is fit do do so.
