Hi All,

The nature of my complaint is "bad customer care". I've been a supervisor for one of the world's biggest airlines.
I'm always required to give the best customer service all day throughout my career. I had a big issue with cellc,
I complaint about the misleading information from the staff. They refuse to help me with a certified copy of my ID to have my phone blacklisted as my ID is damaged. I've been a loyal customer with them for almost three years.

There was a gentleman in the store complaining there has been activity on his account, cellc is charging him for a contract he never signed up for and agreed to. Yet, they see all my details and can still not confirm I'm the
same person. I can verify all my details, I can get a certified bank statement but cellc can't help me with a copy of my ID. I cancelled my contract with them and for that they charged me and did not provide my airtime due to me.

I feel utterly disguised because the customer service is really bad, they provide misleading information. Whenever you request to speak to a supervisor, which I've done several times they release the call. They took my money and give me bad attitude.
