UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE DELIVERY!!!

I contacted Telkom on the 02nd of August 2013. I reported a fault with my landline and i was assured that it would be sorted out within 48 working hours, reference nr 576TMZ020813. I contacted them on the 06th August, i was told that there is still a fault registered on the line and they will attend to it within 48 hours. I then called back on Wednesday afternoon but was told the same thing. I then contacted Telkom on Thursday to check on the progress of the fault and spoke to an agent who told me that somebody will be out. NO ONE CAME OUT! I contacted Telkom on Friday and spoke to Tieho Hlalele at 2.40pm and she assured me that she was sending a message to a technician and someone will definately come through to sort the fault out. Still, no one came! I have a sick granny who is on her death bed, there is a nurse taking care of her and their only means of communication is through my landline. I even explained this to the agents that i spoke to. This is totally unacceptable, the service is appalling and i am truly disgusted! What will it take to get a technician out to my home? I expect this to be sorted out by Monday Afternoon! The landline number is 031 502 4335.
