How many Refrences do you need to get service

I have lodged a service complaint on 26/02/2013 and received a ref 496ctk26213 after no service or followup I complaint and received a ref 40ctk18313 on 18/03/13 after it was claimed the problem was solved.
On 19/03/2013 I received an sms the problem was solved only to find that some unknown person answer my phone number and my phone doesn't work, I was told to buy a new device as the line is working later I was told that they are working on the lines and lines are I received a new ref 579ctk19313 and still no working line I also received an escalation refrence ARS223792 this had just as much effect as the first reference number It appear that they open and close these to create the impression that they are working.
My question to telkom will anybody tell me what is going on that I can make alternative arrangement as your 20217 number for business ring of the hook and nobody answer. Pls forward me the needed documents to cancell the adsl and landline as you clearly dom not want my business or do not deserve my money
