NO help with telephone lines not working

I'm a Dr in Erasmuskloof who from 11 December '12 are without any telephones. One line were working until 14.01.2013 and since then we have no lines. We phoned Telkom on a daily basis to report the problem and an hour after received an sms to say it has been resolved. This morning we spoke to Lynette, who confirmed that a cable with 4000 lines are damaged and will not be repaired soon. While on the phone with her I received a sms stating again that the problem has been resolved. So don't even attempt to see to the problem they just straight forward about fixing the problem. They gave me a number of the area manager and he is just not available at all. I have a specialist practice and my patients can't get through. a Patient of mine were admitted into another hospital due to the fact that they couldn't get through to me.
