I lodged a fault report by phoning Telkom on 10210, stating that my line is bad and my adsl line is not working like it should, its a new line installation that they put in and hasn't been working 100% from the beginning. I put I fault in on the 4th of December reference number (131DRK041213) and had no feed back so I phoned in again on the 9th of December telling them I put a fault report in on the 4th of December quoting reference number (131DRK041213) and to hear that this fault wasn't lodged against my name it was lodged on some else name so I had to lodge another fault which I did with reference (65BRK091213), and now I am fed up. If they don't phone you on a sunday in early morning hours or late sunday night, and also false advertising saying that they will install new lines with in 5 working days well I waited 11 working days and if I didn't phone them everyday I would still be waiting cause me and my sister did applications on the same day and she still hasn't gotten her line yet. Is this the type of service Telkom offers the consumers.
