Telkom unable to restore original service

I have a home number and a my ring on my home number, the my ring number is 0114754845, the my ring number is continually being made a spare number and then does not work, to have it re instated is near impossible as nobody can help me, this happened again on thursday 13 june 2013, took me numerous calls to get line re instated, as the call centre insists the number is not mine, i have had it for 13 years. The number is working again but the call answer is not, again i have had call answer for 13 years.
Please telkom stop cutting my number off and get my call answer to work, please
