Incompetant and Arrogant Rude Staff!

I did an upgrade which rewardsco called me to do. I upgraded from 3G to 5G package and received a router 2 days after the call. At the end of the month now we have run R200-00 over our 3G limit, when this was supposed to be upgraded to a 5G package? I called and got NTHOKOZA DLAMINI! This lady should be fired! I told her my problem. I was told that the upgrade never kicked in on 1 march because the router was delivered on the 28th the month before. I was angry and asked for a manager because of her tone. She cut me off instantly saying they are not available, I said "Really??? ", She said yes! I said so now what to which I got no answer. I asked again and again, I said to her I must pay because I wasn't made aware of the fact that the upgrade isn't effective instantly! I got no answer and asked for her name.
1.> I was made aware that the upgrades only affect on 1st of month and that the upgrade would be effective 1 April instead of 1 March! So now I am over my cap and I must pay for your incompetence
2.> Your staff are rude and arrogant, appear to have been trained to not put calls through to managers when there a complaint.
I will take this further if not resolved. Your Call
