Third different complaint already in 2 months

After being customers of Autopage for over 3 years and being debited every month with out any problems, who had the authority to delete the banking details off their system with out even bothering to notify us? Only to find out that this had happened when the phone was disconnected, and we phoned head office to find out what had happened, we were told that there were no debit orders on the contract and we were late with the cash payment. How on earth can this simple mistake happen after having the same debit orders for over the past 3 years??? An explanation would be appreciated and not another apology! Action needs to be taken already! Please can someone step up and take control of these matters! Enough is enough!
