INCOMPETENCE AND UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

On the 01st March 2013, I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter. Vodacom replied with:

" Hello Lulu1234, That doesn't sound good at all! I will get a consultant to contact you as soon as possible.

Well, not surprising, NO consultant called me and the unauthorised debit order which was raised against my account, has not been refunded either. No-one at Vodacom is interested in sorting this out. I will be cancelling all 3 of my vodacom contracts as a result of this.
