Unauthorised deductions and lack of feedback

I have been a loyal client of vodacom since the inception of the cellular telephony, this loyalty has resulted from the impeccable service that I received from vodacom over the years. My confidence with the provider let me into comfortably taking out 3 with them.

I recently realise that vodacom has been deducting in excess of R80.00 for the BIS service I never requested; one reason why I noticed this unauthorised deductions after few months is because of the trust I had for vodacom, this trust blinded me from scrutinising monthly deductions that vodacom initiate from my account.

I logged a query with vodacom on the 17 August 2013, ref S3-TYT23-3LKCF alerting vodacom to these unauthorised deductions and also requesting the reversal thereof, to date I have not received any feedback from vodacom.

I called vodacom on Friday the 28 September 2013 in an attempt to solicit some feedback on my query and this was a fruitless exercise; I was sent from pillar to post, I made nearly 6 calls to different vodacom numbers and no one was capable or competent to help me.

What does one do to get a service from vodacom? I am wondering if it's a good idea to continue my business with vodacom.
