Waiting for mtn over a 1year?

My reference number is 0039747 i have had it since 5 march 2012, over 1 year now, i have signed a legal document for mtn to install a booster here at home on the 5th September 2012 nearly 7months ago! I phone often and also pay visits to mtn shops, i keep getting the same response? With management? OR WILL get back to you within 24-48 hours? May i say i do not get a response at all NOTHING!!! Yet every month i pay mtn for what! a service? For nothing as i don't get a signal unless i walk to the gate, which can't be gone a night for security reasons! Yet 8km away can get a 3g?
