I lodged a complain via Hello Peter on 9th February about my difficulty in obtaining copies of 2 contracts signed on 9th March 2012 and about 2 weeks later I received a call from Nicholas at the Call Centre telling me that the matter had been escalated to senior management. He told me that he had contacted Sibongile at Cresta branch who told him that she has requested the required contracts from their document storage facility. Sibongile has been telling me this for the past 13 months and I can only conclude that either the documents are lost or that the storage facility is very inefficient. Despite my visits to the shop, I have also been to Head Office in Fairland, and sent emails - but I am still waiting for these contracts and no one, but no one, ever phones back or follows up. It's always the same story - "they have requested the contracts". Please help!
