Very bad service for paid request

I logged a call on the 14 March 2013 for Vodacom to supply me with Itimized Billing for about 3 months
Ref S3-TKU22-2VYD6 I asked in the letter they requested to pull it from the 1 of December 2012 till 14 March 2013 that means I will pay R22 for every month wich I did and they billed me for it. I received nothing.
Then on the 19 March 2013 I logged another call stating that I have not received anything Ref TKZ3U-UT565 to send me the document, a day later I have received a document but it was only for December and not for the rest of the time that I asked for., I then logged another call on the 21 March 2013 REF S3-TK12U-UCVMP and still not get anything. I called again on the 24 March 2013 and spoke to Nkanyiso and she said that they did send it on the 21 at 12pm, and as I told her I need the Itimized billing for work and that I will not waste my time call her if I have received anything.. She then logged another call REF TK34O-OXPYW and asked that I send thru the documentation again and then I got vol and refused, 4 request documents send thru twice. What thell how many paper do vodacom need,
I am expecting thr right Itimized Billing requested and paid by Wednesday.
