Be Aware of Cell C promotions on their website

Cell C is advertising on their website [URL Removed] under built your own contract :

Samsung S4 mini on strait up 200 for 18 months the following.

200 anytime min
200 sms
400 MB DATA

But they only gave me 200 MB data when taking this same contract on 1 December 2013 and not the 400 MB as advertised. I checked 30 November 2013 the website and decided to take this contract due to the extra 200 MB data. Today 07 December 2013 they still advertise the same special 200 MB extra even when reducing the months to 18, 12 or 6 Months.

Cell C also advertise that data is only R 0.15 per MB. They are currently charging me almost R 1.00 per MB data used.
