Cell C Very Bad Service

I am on a GIGA 20 data contract, (Cell number 0747925312) that means I get 5 GIG data during the day and 15 GIG data after 12:00 in the evenings, All workd fine November, Desember, January 2013 and then in FEB 2013 Cell C started to charge me for DATA being used after 12:00 in the evenings for no reason, I logged a call with the Call Centre on date 15022013 because there is nobody that can help a customer immediately with this request (ref number 3021514201) they can only log a call, I stated to ther person who logged the call that it is a data sim and they cannot contact me on the Cell C number as the sim is inside a router and will never ring. I gave my home Vodacom Cell number as primary contact number, A Week went past and nobody from Cell C contact me and I need my account fixed, I called again on date 21022013 and the lady in the call centre said Cell C tried to contact me on the Cell C number but could not reach me, how pathetic as i explained they will never reach me on that number. I gave my Vodacom number as primary contact again and the lady said Cell C will conect me on 22022013 still nobody phoned me, The service from Cell C is the poorest i have experienced ever.
