In 2011 I purchasd a 24 gig (2gig x12 months) data bundle from Cell C. While using the data, Cell C did not wait for a complete month before renewing the data for the next month, so I always lost the data that I intended to use on the last day of that month, sometimes more than 500 mb. I complained to Cell C twice in that year and they said that they would get back to me, no1 followed up. I again in 2012 bought a12 gig (1 gig x 12 months) data bundle from Cell C and the same thing has been happening. I again contacted customer care at Cell C to inform them of this, they again said that they have escalated the matter and that some1 will contact me. Its been more than 2 weeks, no1 has contacted me yet and the same thing is still happening.
