STILL NO PROGRESS WITH VODACOM - FRUSTRATING

Logged a report on the 12.03.2013 regarding VODACOM and their UNAUTHORIZED Debiting of my account. Once the report appears on this site, VODACOM quickly contacts me to say that this will be resolved after 5 to 7 days and unfortunately nothing gets done. I have been debitted twice 20.02.2013 I3525624 0172328013 amount debitted R199.21 and on 27.02.2013 I3532276 0172531705 amount debitted R156.62. These transactions by VODACOM was processed for unknown reasons as I did not proceed with services from them. As per the telephonic communication I received from Kim, this will be resolved but 12 days later nothing has been done. This is very concerning and raising many concerns about VODACOM and why they debit non VODACOM CUSTOMERS. PLEASE CAN AN INDIVIDUAL FROM VODACOM CONTACT ME AND GET THIS RESOLVED. I WANT THESE DEBITS REVERSED IMMEDIATELY. I DON'T APPRECIATE VODACOM DEBITING FOR NO REASON?
Vodacom must have the decency to follow up on their queries and not having to frustrate individuals like my self.
