I sent a complaint on the 21 February regarding my contract being 90 days in arrears and my other contract being blocked. Since then an immediate response was given to me via this forum (DK?) just to say I would be contacted. I received an email from Funiwe saying they trying to get hold of me, to which I responded with contact details this all on the 26 February 2013. I spoke to 2 managers Richard Pillay and a Suzanne and both never bothered to get back to me to give me feedback. An operations manager Michelle was suppose to call me as well and when i called I was told she is too BUSY to speak to me? since when are you too BUSY to speak to a customer. So today 13/03/2013 I called Funiwe and she wasn't available and they took my details again this was at 10:00 am (Spoke to Xondile at reception). I called about an hour later again because apparently she was on a call at the time and I was told she dont have a number. The receptionist Michele said she will pass this to Funiwe's manager. So I gave my story again and details and asked to that the Manager Lucky Mpofu call me today still. I have since received calls from anyone from Cell C. CELL C FOR YOUR SELF trueth is its not customer.
