Late last week I received an invoice (first time) from Vodacom for the amount of _ R2 000.00. Which is all well and good... BUT I AM AN MTN SUBSCRIBER!! - always have been and always will! therefore it was a huge shock to receive an invoice with MY details yet it was not me???
I called to sort it out on Thursday, but have not heard from them since: (Vodacom line) I have however been debited once!
Three days later and no one has called me - obviously I am very concerned that someone has my ID - BUT, surely Vodacom should deal with this as a matter of urgency... clearly NOT! I have to pay when I call them - THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT - PLEASE VODACOM BE PROFESSIONAL - I WANT THIS RESOLVED TODAY!!!
