Almost a year ago I was debitted for a contract I never opened with Vodacom. Every month for three months i was debited and me having to make calls back and forth to vodacom, saying it was not me. I had to go to the alleged store where it happened proving with my I.d document that it was not me that went into the contract with them. All I got was that they have forwarded it to their department. The debits stopped, only to find out that vodacom has defaulted me with the credit bereau. This resulted in me getting declined on a home loan. This is so unfair and so frustrating.

I wish that this can just be shorted out. PLEASE!!!
