FNB Great, But take Your Bond Elsewhere

Switched to FNB about 2 years ago
i was so impressed

That i have been recommending to
everybody i know To Make The Switch

Unfortunately this i cannot do with a clean conscience anymore

After having our time wasted on a bond application
this is not appreciated as offer to purchase and agreements are signed with expiry dates

all kinds of deterrent action, deposit up from 40% to 50%
when this fails
only to be given Some Lame excuse
Reached our exposure limit in the Area

This After indicating that the loan is approved in principle
Causing us to cancel our back-up Plan we had started getting in place
Due to the pathetic manner the application was handled

Don't Get me Wrong
FNB is Great

But in respect to Bonds in my experience is
if banking With FNB and want to keep your bond at the same Bank
When applying for a bond, get back-up applications going at the next competitor too
