I had a topup contract at MTN which I ended on 25 febr. 2011. On 1 March 2011 MTN deducted a payment which was incorrect, as the last payment was supposed to be 1Febr. On 1 April they again deducted a payment which I reversed. Three times I tried to correct the account and although they did not refund me the March payment, I assumed that the matter was resolved. I had shown them a copy of my new contract for this number at Vodacom from 5 March 2011 a copy of the 'Migration Application' that I had signed. Yesterday when I applied for a new contract, I was shocked to learn that I have been blacklisted by MTN because of the reversed payment of 1 April. Also the contract amt deducted through out the 2 years was most of the time R127 instead of R108.I demand being removed from the blacklist and they must sent proof of it to me and the must also refund my extra payments during the 2 year period.
