Nothing New Telkom's bad service

Well the line speed in my area is very unreliable to say the least, and a few calls (5 in 30min) i just had the line dropped every time and not even a call back... I have had this problem since i went over to telkom and still no resolve wish South Africa could get a other line provider than telkom since they are the monopoly we won't see any improvement in service soon...
