Faulty Smart Device within 7 days of purchase

I entered into a contract with FNB for a to purchase a smart device 2 day after I recieved the device the camera failed I have report the issue to I then reported the issue to FNB advicing them that the device was still under warranty they gave me other numbers to call and everyone kept sending me from pillar to post I have call them for the past 4 day I eevn went to the branch, I eventally contacted a friend at FNB and she tried to assist, then I recieved from Samsang telling me that they recieved a request from FNB and I need to coureir the devices to samsung in capetown and I adviced the people at samsung that i reported the device with in 7 day and they asked me to call fnb again to find out who was going to pay for coureir services and i have now run out of airtym and im afaraid that im going to R8000 for a devices that was sold to me with a faulty
