GETTING BILLED FOR A LINE THAT'S CANCELLED

I have cancelled my account with Telkom in November 2012.
I keep on getting billed for a line that is closed.

I have spend numerous calls to Telkom (from my cell phone- as my landline is not a Telkom line - it is wireless) and i get transfered from department to department.

After holding for almost half an hour (cell) they still couldnt assist me and no manager is available as the consultants are not equipt to assist me... I am still waiting on them to call me back as per my conversations with them.
