TELKOM REFUSES ADSL LINE/BILLED AFTER CANCELLING

Where do I begin to explain my utter disappointment with Telkom! On the 26/11/13 I filled in an online application form to have my line relocated, I needed it cancelled at old premise on the 29th of November and reinstalled at the new premises on the 2nd of December... waited until Christmas for a technician to call and make an appointment to install a new line at my new address. After numerous follow ups with the technicians someone came out only to tell me they CANNOT give me a new line as the fibre optic cables keep getting in my area and it would not be worth it to give me a new line! During this time I was billed for usage in Nov/Dec/Jan even though I had absolutely no line! Upon cancelling the line move and cancelling the line I am still being billed and still not offered a line with Telkom, after numerous calls to the accounts department I am still being billed!!! I am highly disappointed that Telkom is refusing to give me a new line, I thought Telkom's Motto was CONNECTING PEOPLE? Not in my case!!! I have a business that is stagnating due to no phone line or ADSL Line. Surely I should not be the one suffering if Telkom cant protect its cables from??!!!
