8ta call centre cant solve problems

Blackberry bis signal doesnt work i ph call centre to reactivate, as im on prepaid i got a case nr 4158275 yet no service after 5 days and 20 attempts to activate from my phone, really bad service and empty promises, considering changing to vodacom as blackberry is useless without bis!!!
