Cell-C BiS not working 70% of the time

I did a number port from a Vodacom simcard to Cell-C to use Blackberry 8520 due to Vodacom not having the best signal in our area.

My Cell-C 3G stick works 100% without any problems, as well as a number of Nokia phones that also uses Cell-C prepaid simcard's.

I've paid and activate the Blackberry Social plan on my Blackberry 8520, it seemed to be working for the first day.

Now 70% of the time my BiS doesn't work, BBM's don't go through, web browsing doesn't work etc etc.

I've phoned Cell-C support as well as Cell-C's Blackberry department, who made sure my BiS has been activated and my BB device has been registered with their network.

It STILL doesn't work 70% of the time, in fact, it's been off for the past hour and I've got full signal.

It's been like this for more than 2 weeks.
