I went to MTN Morningside to obtain an internet router for home. Dinel assisted me. His approach was geared to solutions for MY needs, not his; when after 2 weeks my sim card had still not been activated (subject of a complaint, to follow) he worked from his home pc to assist me to get connected. Went way out of the call of duty to make it happen for me. MTN doesn't deserve such a great agent!
