Lack of response from consultants/supervisors

Our business (a church) is moving premises in a week's time and we started the process of moving the company phone line on 12 March.

We were informed that:
1) despite moving to different premises in the same area, our phone number would have to change due to rezoning of areas.
2) our switchboard was out of date and would need to be replaced
3) a consultant (Najwa) would get back to us on the process of moving the line as well as buying a new switchboard.

To date, this response was not forthcoming.
The number given for the consultant goes straight to voice mail, without any response, and without place to leave a message.

When phoning Telkom to complain, they apologized and said a manager would get back to us within 5 minutes. Two days have passed without any such call.

After a very frustrated phone call to Telkom again, we were given a number of a manager, who told us to phone another person, who subsequently told us that he will try and find the person that is responsible for our account and get back to us as to who to phone next.

We are extremely frustrated with Telkom and cannot believe that they have been so unprofessional in dealing with this matter.
