I upgraded my contract on Monday. The new phone required a different type of sim card, which required the branch to do a sim swap. As this contract is under my business, I provided all the requested documentation to the branch which they had to forward to the head office. I was informed that I had to wait for 2-24hrs for the new sim to be activated.
It has now been 5 days.
I called the head office and they said that they haven't even received an email from this branch (REF 98266755). I've been to the branch on daily visits to find out how the process is going, with absolutely NO help from their side to rectify the problem with the activation.
Had I known this would happen from just a standard upgrade, I would have certainly changed to another provider.
