VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been an MTN client for many years, since 2009 I have always ordered my contracts on line and never experienced any issues with the whole the process of ordering and receiving the package. On 7 March I ordered on line and got a call back from Kgomotso however I was not available to answer. She then send me an email to complete the application which I did, however I then decided to change the model. I then called in to change that, I was told that the application has been processed and Kgomotso will call me back. She never called me back, I then got an sms to say that my application has been approved. I then called the call in again to find out why she didnt change the model of the phone as I requested, I got the same answer that she will call me back to capture the new application because she couldnt have amended the intial application. She never called back. I was told that an email will be send to her for her to capture the new applicaiton. I also tried to email her but she never responded to any of my emails. This was just starting to frustrate me and you can note that I didnt even keep a record of all the call centre agents. For the whole month I have been trying to get a new phone with
